Sudan – Release of two French hostages – Communiqué issued by the Presidency of the Republic

President Sarkozy welcomes the release of our two compatriots, Olivier Denis and Olivier Frappé, kidnapped on 22 November last year in Birao in the Central African Republic. They were released this afternoon.
The Head of State shares the families’ joy and thanks all those who contributed to this happy outcome.
