Terrorist attack in Algeria – Message from M. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the Republic, to M. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of Algeria

In the wake of another terrorist attack which has just struck Algeria killing many people near Lakhdaria, President Sarkozy utterly condemns the barbaric, mindless violence which the Algerian people continue to suffer. A French engineer was among the dead.

President Sarkozy expresses to President Bouteflika and the Algerian and French victims’ families, loved-ones and the whole Algerian people his most sincere condolences.

He wants to assure Algeria of France’s full solidarity and of her unfailing support in her determined battle against terrorism./.
