Olivier Gloaguen

Olivier Gloaguen is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Lyon. He also holds a MPhil degree in Technology Policy from the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge. During his studies, Olivier made several significant internships including as assistant to the diplomatic advisor to the French Minister for Higher Education and Research.

He joined the Science and Technology Department at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom in July 2011 as a deputy scientific attaché in charge of Engineering Sciences, Energy, Environment and Transports.
