France shows solidarity with the UK 10 years after 7/7
Today our website banner is black in solidarity with the UK on the 10th anniversary of the 7 July 2005 London bombings
On this, the 10th anniversary of the 7/7 terrorist attacks in London which killed 52 civilians including one French national, France stands shoulder to shoulder with its British allies to commemorate these atrocities.
As was shown on 26 June, both countries continue to be a target. Yet both are united and unwavering in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
Today the banner of the French Embassy’s website is in black in memory of those who died on 7 July 2005 in London. They will never be forgotten.
