This seminar will be the opportunity to learn about the latest scientific approaches used today to know where and when such disasters might happen.
Listen how computer simulations of earthquakes could model the heights and energies of future potential tsunamis in the region and learn how satellite images, Supernova Cosmic rays and GPS, together with historical studies and marine surveys can give us new insights into earthquake behaviour over time.
