Dr. Maggy Heintz

Maggy Heintz holds a PhD in geophysics from Université de Montpellier II, obtained in 2003.

Before joining the Science and Technology Department at the French Embassy, she worked as a postdoctoral research associate in observational seismology at the Australian National University (Canberra, Australia, 2003-2006) and at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom, 2006-2008). Following those two postdoctoral positions, she worked for 8 months as an editor for Elsevier, in charge of a magazine publishing research in material sciences.

She joined the Science and Technology Department in February 2010 as a scientific attaché in charge of physical sciences (physics, chemistry and material sciences) and innovation.
