Inserm is the only French public research body entirely dedicated to human health. Its researchers are committed to studying all diseases, whether common or rare. Through its diversity of approaches, Inserm provides a unique environment for researchers. 13 000 researchers, engineers and technicians work in 318 Inserm laboratories housed in hospitals, universities and research campus, all over France. The positions of research associates and research directors are open to PhD (or equivalent title) holders, without nationality restrictions.
