"Mona Lisa"
The Louvre’s most famous painting is the "Joconde" ("Mona Lisa") by Leonardo da Vinci.
When you look at her, she seems to be looking at you! Try looking at her from the side - she can still see you!
Have you heard of Monet?
Monet is one of the most famous Impressionists. This painting shows his garden in Giverny, near Paris. C’est très joli (very pretty).
