This year the Albert Londres journalism award ceremony took place at the French residence in London and was introduced by Ambassador Bermann. The Albert Londres prize is the highest French journalism award.

Claire Meynial won the award for best reporter in the written press, and Sophie Nivelle-Cardinale and Étienne Huver were awarded the best audiovisual reporter prize for their documentary on the Syrian conflict. Claire Meynial received the prize for a series of articles on the effects of the Ebola virus.

Since 1933 the Albert Londres prize has been awarded on the anniversary of the death of Albert Londres – a French father figure of investigative journalism.
