Election of French MEPs (Members of the European Parliament)

You will be able to vote…

in a polling station opened by the French Consulate, provided you register on
the Consulate’s electoral roll by 31 December 2013 and have chosen this option at the time of registration
OR
In France, in the town where you are registered to vote, provided you specify this option when registering on the Consulate’s electoral roll.

by voting in person or by proxy only

Election of Consular Counsellors (Assembly of French Nationals Abroad)

You will be able to vote…
By e-voting or at a polling station opened by the Consulate
Provided you have registered on the Consulate’s electoral roll before 31 December 2013.
By e-voting, voting in person or by proxy

Local government elections

You can take part in these elections in France provided you are registered on an electoral roll locally.

Tuesday 31 December 2013 is the deadline for registering to vote, checking your electoral roll status and voting arrangements.

When you register with the Consulate, you can choose to be included on its electoral roll and decide on your voting arrangements.

If you have registered with the French Consulate, you can check your registration on the electoral roll and voting arrangements by visiting Monconsulat.fr or directly emailing the Consulate’s Elections Department: (elections.londres-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr)

If you are not on the Register for French Nationals Living Abroad but wish to vote, please register before 31 December 2013 by sending in your registration form.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The French Consulate-General in London needs your help organizing the MEP and Consular Counsellors elections.

If you wish to be part of a polling station team (presiding officer, secretary, assistant) on Sunday 25 May 2014, please contact the Consulate’s Elections Department by email at elections.londres-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr and please provide us with your full name and telephone number.

The Consulate wishes to highlight the fact that Sunday 25 May 2014 is a bank holiday weekend.
